Education Services Center

Provides strategic oversight, coordination, & development for all HR functions. Responsible for managing employee relations & support, directing all district policies & procedures, & ensuring rigorous legal compliance across the organization.


 

Brianna Moran

Human Resources Specialist
Education Services Center

Primary contact for all certified staff, student teachers, & interns. Manages core functions related to hiring new personnel, maintaining professional
licensing, issuing professional & administrator contracts while adhering to state statutes, & offering guidance on day-to-day HR inquiries.


 

Nichole Conaway

Human Resources Generalist
Education Services Center

Primary contact for all support staff & substitute personnel. Manages the hiring process & licensing compliance for support staff employees & substitutes. Also responsible for continuation of employment letters & addressing general day-to-day HR questions.


 

Wayne Boardman

Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist
Education Services Center

Ensures a smooth onboarding experience for all new staff, handling essential operational tasks like key fob management & replacement.

Supports candidate flow by coordinating talent sourcing events, drives retention through workforce insights analysis & oversees coaching staff.

Benefits Manager
Education Services Center

Provides oversight for all district-wide employee benefits programs. Ensures the continuous legal compliance of all benefits & insurance offerings.

Aso monitors workers’ compensation & retirement benefits, all while actively promoting overall employee wellbeing.


 

Brianna Parker

Benefits Specialist
Education Services Center

Administers the full spectrum of employee welfare programs. Ensures regulatory compliance & seamless management of FMLA, worker’s
compensation & comprehensive health & ancillary benefits. Also helps to support employee well-being through wellness programs.
