Projects
Between March of 2020 and 2021, Congress passed three stimulus bills under the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER) with allocations of funding for school districts. ESSER funding is one time funding to allow districts to prevent, prepare for, and respond to COVID-19. Funding was available to address facilities projects dealing with indoor air quality and social distancing improvements.
