Every spring, the School District of Janesville administers the annual Student Engagement Surveys to all Preschool through Grade 12 students. Your child will be asked questions through an online survey about his or her school. The survey results will be used to assess how students feel about school in the areas of diversity, safety, academics, extra-curricular activities, and 21st Century Learning.
Each school will use the information from its students to develop a school improvement plan for the following school year. A sample of the survey is available upon request.
Please notify your child's school if you do not want your child to participate in the survey. This is an important survey for your school as we strive to serve our community by providing high quality education and a supportive environment for every child. If you have any questions, please contact the Principal at your student's school.
