Choose Success!  Now is the time for parents and guardians living outside the School District of Janesville to consider open enrollment for their children. The School District of Janesville has over 400 of its students open enrolling from other school districts. The application period is now open through Friday, April 28. We rank among the top districts academically in Rock County and the State of Wisconsin. Our district is recognized for meeting the needs of each student at their individual readiness (regardless of academic, social, and emotional standing). To apply for your child's enrollment to our district and learn more about the process click the red button below.

Academic Standards

Academic Standards are goals that outline what a student should know and be able to do in each grade/subject. At the July 12, 2016 Board of Education meeting, the school board voted unanimously to reaffirm its adoption of the Wisconsin Academic Standards by the School District of Janesville. Those standards can be found at http://dpi.wi.gov/standards.

Student Bus Passes

2nd Semester bus passes with Janesville Transit System (JTS) for middle and high school good for unlimited in-city rides between Jan 23 - June 8, 2017. Semester passes can only be purchased at your school ($140) or through Infinite Campus. Learn more.
